A Note About Our Pricing Guide:

The pricing ranges displayed are intended for transparency and to provide a general estimate. These prices do not reflect any negotiated contractual rates, customizations, or specific requirements. Final pricing is subject to change through negotiation and is not considered binding unless confirmed by a fully executed agreement or issued ticket sale.

Customer Analysis Services:

*Interviews, observation or other interactions with your clients may incur additional costs depending on the technology or equipment used, the number of interviews conducted, and any required pre/post conversations with interviewees. These costs also cover ensuring Kraftwerks Studio’s adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards set forth by governing bodies.

Tethered Interviews:

Providing our expertise in non-verbal nuances to detect deception or uncover material facts for corporations, the intelligence community, or law enforcement.

Please note that the cost and expense of any forensic or expert witness testimony are separate from the pricing provided here. Additionally, if the services involve testimony to be submitted as evidence in court, the involvement of a certified, duly sworn law enforcement officer, magistrate, or court-recognized expert is required. Any such costs, including those of the officer or expert, must be pre-approved by both parties in the case and are considered beyond the standard scope of services.

In accordance with Florida State Law, specifically Florida Statutes § 934.03 and § 934.04, dual consent is required for any video or audio recording, as well as for the collection of biometric data. Failure to obtain this consent will render the recordings or biometric evidence inadmissible in court and may subject both Kraftwerks Studio and the client to potential criminal prosecution. Therefore, Kraftwerks Studio will not engage in any recordings without a written, two-party consent from the interviewee and any relevant parties.

Additionally, if Kraftwerks Studio is acting as an agent for law enforcement, the interviewing officer must provide an executed consent from the subject before any interview is conducted. Kraftwerks Studio will verify the subject’s understanding and consent in accordance with Florida State Law prior to the interview. Consent will also be reaffirmed at the beginning of the video interview, along with a true copy of the executed consent presented for the record.

**Kraftwerks Studio adheres to all GSA pricing for Federal Agencies. Please contact your GSA Office to obtain current pricing. In the State of Florida, Kraftwerks Studio offers a standard discount, in most cases equivalent to GSA rates, for all law enforcement agencies, first responders, fire departments/brigades, ambulance services, ER personnel, and MedStar.
