Get to know us

Kraftwerks Studio was founded with a singular purpose: to empower individuals and organizations through the transformative power of behavioral science. By blending insights into human behavior with innovative training programs, our mission is to bridge the gap between theory and practical application, enabling people to unlock their full potential. Our work, rooted in love and a deep desire to help others understand the unspoken language of the body, reflects our commitment to societal change.

With expertise spanning intelligence, law enforcement, and corporate sectors, we aim to foster strategic partnerships, entrepreneurship, and a customer-centric approach, all while making a lasting impact on the communities we serve. At the heart of Kraftwerks Studio is the belief that when people understand what is truly being communicated, scalable social change is not only possible—it’s inevitable. We strive to blur the lines between business and community, driven by a sincere desire to improve the world for future generations.

Mission Statement
At
Kraftwerks Studio, we are committed to delivering transformative training programs where our values speak for themselves. We foster clear, transparent alignment in intelligence gathering that is meaningful and mission-appropriate, while developing, expanding, and enriching strategic relationships across all the sectors we touch. We strive to create excitement and awe in the leaders of tomorrow, particularly for S.T.E.M. roles. Our drive places us right at the intersection of intelligence, law enforcement, private and public corporations, and the communities we call home.

Our ventures serve as a means to apply our momentum, continually bridging the gap between theory and solid grounded practice. If our students walk away with a clear understanding of what is being communicated when no words are spoken, then we have accomplished our mission. It is our hope that as more people engage with our areas of study, we leave an indelible mark on humanity—making the world just a little bit better than when we found it. After all, we are merely the caregivers for future generations.

Our vision

Our vision is to be the global leader in behavioral science-driven innovation, recognized for our expertise in our chosen discipline and for shaping the future of this field. Through this, we will achieve organizational success, become an employer of choice for scientists, and create an undeniable societal impact. We envision a world where insights into human behavior inform decision-making, enhance performance, and fuel progress across diverse sectors—from intelligence and law enforcement to corporate environments and community initiatives.

By fostering entrepreneurship, nurturing a customer-centric culture, and embracing a win-win mindset in our strategic partnerships, we will not only succeed as an organization but also provide for our communities through our philanthropic efforts. Our vision is simple: we believe that if all humans had the clarity to understand what the body is saying, meaningful and scalable social change would be possible.

Our vision is not unique, but it is aspirational. We have blurred the lines between corporate success, partnerships, and personal interactions with the community and tribe we call home. With a sincere and authentic desire to end homelessness globally, we know this is achievable when we set aside politics, hate, and ignorance, and instead embrace common sense, joy, and love.

At its core, this organization was founded out of love—to help others understand what is being communicated, so that they, too, feel integrated into the fabric of our world.

Our Talent is Built on an Agile Talent Strategy—Like No Other, Yet Our Delivery Exceeds That of Most.

At Saint-John Global Holding Group and its family of companies, we’ve embraced an agile and scalable business model that leverages a diverse network of highly skilled freelancers and project-based experts. This approach allows us to remain flexible and efficient, providing tailored expertise exactly when it’s needed while keeping overhead costs low. As a result, we can pass those savings directly on to our clients—without ever compromising on the quality of our services.

For ongoing operational needs—such as financial reporting, reconciliation, accounting, accounts payable, and receivable—we work with a static team of freelancers on a regular basis. These trusted professionals collaborate with us long-term, ensuring continuity while allowing us to benefit from cost savings during periods of lower demand. Through this arrangement, we maintain the same team members across projects, ensuring they are already trained in our systems, policies, and procedures.

At Saint-John Advisory, for example, we’ve strategically constructed agreements with a select group of benched consultants who are guaranteed a minimum amount of work each month for a 24-month period. This guarantees their availability when needed while ensuring they come to each project fully trained and aware of our operations. This model ensures that our clients benefit from consistent expertise without the overhead of traditional full-time staffing.

This same approach applies across other departments, such as legal, sales and marketing, and operations, where we maintain key relationships with freelancers and consultants who are well-versed in our processes. Our HR department, staffed by full-time employees, anchors these operations and ensures seamless onboarding and training for all external partners.

By prioritizing flexibility, strategic partnerships, and cost-efficiency, we are able to deliver high-quality, consistent services while maintaining the agility to adapt quickly to client needs. Whether it’s our expert trainers, financial professionals, or marketing specialists, every project is staffed by the right people at the right time, ensuring top-tier results.
